Dangrecslegal.com is the web presence of Jayaraj K. Dangre, Practising Company Secretary. Starting in October 2011, Mr. Dangre has established a presence in the Legal profession of Practising Company secretary catering to select clientele.

Mr. Jayaraj Dangre, BSc, CAIIB, AICWA, ACS is proprietor of J. K. Dangre & Co., Practising Company Secretary.

Mr. Dangre is an ex-Banker from State Bank of India, where he served with distinction for over two decades. He worked for the SBI at its headquarters in Mumbai. He quit the job of Chief Manager at Industrial Finance Department in 1995. Since last 18 years he has been in practice as a Finance Professional rendering financial and legal advice to various clients in Mumbai, Pune, Indore, New Delhi etc. He is also on the board of various companies.
